A Lifelong Passion for Supporting Others
TIMEWELL's origin lies in our founder Hamamoto's consistent passion since childhood.
From a young age, CEO Hamamoto found joy in supporting others. In middle school, he designed training menus for his swim team and coached non-swimmers until they could perform in a synchronized swimming show. In university, he created a job hunting support program to help students from rural universities compete with those from major cities, systematizing everything from resume writing to interview techniques.
Student Years
Designing swim team menus, launching career support programs. Building the foundation of 'systematizing support for others.'
Panasonic Era
Systematized new business development methods. Designed internal entrepreneur programs and led sustainable management initiatives.

I Was Also Supported When I Needed It Most
During my time at Panasonic, I experienced mental health challenges. I was saved by volunteer activities within the company. There are people suffering because they've lost opportunities to challenge themselves—knowing that pain, I want to be the one who supports others now. Every TIMEWELL service is born from this conviction.
Creating moments when people's eyes light up. That is TIMEWELL's mission.
My DJ and music activities are also about bringing light to people. I hope to help as many people as possible achieve a state of 'TIME WELLBEING.'
