Honestly, I was about as far from tech-savvy as you can get. But thanks to the WARP lectures and patient one-on-one support, I built the SaaS mockup I had been picturing, by myself. The concept I had struggled to communicate finally led to concrete conversations and sales meetings with customers, and we are now in a proof-of-concept phase.

During WARP I launched three services, including the Markdown-sharing tool MD Now!. By graduation I had gone from zero revenue to over ¥5 million in MRR within six months, and as a one-person company running purely on Vibe Coding, ¥100 million in annual revenue is now within reach. Being able to run everything from customer discovery to product development and operations on an AI-first basis is entirely down to my experience at WARP.

Joining WARP opened everything up. It is not just a place to gain knowledge. It is where you commit to building a product with your own hands and bringing it into the world. With the TIMEWELL team's wholehearted support my business accelerated, and I was selected as a finalist for Tokyo Startup Gateway 2025.

Before WARP I had no development experience at all. I had things I wanted to build but no way to make them real. WARP taught me AI-driven development from the ground up, and through trial and error I became able to build our landing page and internal efficiency tools on my own. After the program I kept building for real work, and now I can develop MVPs for complex products.

The biggest gain was meeting fellow engineers and building relationships where we could say, let's do something together. The incorporation-fee support (subject to review at application) is a reassuring system for anyone aiming to start a company. I learned the latest tools, and my mental barrier toward AI came down.
