Turn students' ideas
into real products with AI
A hands-on program for schools: from designing inquiry-based learning with generative AI to walking alongside students until they ship a working product. Built for the N-E.X.T. High School era, combining AI-driven development with student empowerment.
Pricing and format are proposed individually based on each school's situation (inquiry-based)
What we hear from schools
Unsure how to connect inquiry learning with generative AI
You want AI in inquiry-based learning but are stuck at the design stage.
Worried students will just delegate everything to AI
You need assignment design and assessment that prevent copy-paste AI reports.
Teachers alone cannot mentor every project
AI tools evolve fast; getting students to a finished product needs practitioners.
Pressure to respond to the reform-pilot framework
You want initiatives aligned with the N-E.X.T. High School vision but lack industry partners.
What WARP for Schools provides
Not a one-off lecture — we accompany you from learning design to student deliverables, combining modules to fit your school.
Inquiry × AI curriculum design support
Question design that prevents AI copy-paste, AI usage policies, and assessment perspectives — integrated into your existing inquiry program.
AI-driven development workshops for students
Students use generative AI to build working products — websites and apps — from their own questions. No programming experience required.
Teacher training (core-team model)
Instead of one-size-fits-all training, we invest in a small core team of inquiry and informatics teachers who can scale the practice school-wide.
Showcases and pathway support
From school presentations to contests and portfolios — shaping student outcomes into assets for their future paths.
Aligned with the N-E.X.T. High School vision
In February 2026, MEXT published its grand design for high school reform toward 2040 — the N-E.X.T. High School vision. Its pillars are cultivating abilities AI cannot replace and building the foundation to create value with AI. WARP for Schools supports the inquiry-based, practice-oriented learning and external collaboration this vision calls for. See our article series for details.
Why schools choose WARP
Tokyo Metropolitan Government partnership experience
We run WARP ENTRE, an entrepreneur program, as a Tokyo Metropolitan Government partnership — we know how to design and operate programs with public institutions.
250+ participants mentored
Across the WARP series we have mentored 250+ participants in AI-driven development, refining a curriculum that takes beginners all the way to a finished product.
Taught by a working AI development company
Not a courseware vendor — the people teaching build AI systems for enterprises as their day job, bringing real-world practice into the classroom.
