TIMEWELL Personal Information Protection Policy

We use the personal information you provide for the purposes set out below. We send information about our company to those who agree to these purposes.

To use as reference information for improving the quality of our services and products.

User information transmitted to external parties

To improve this website, to measure advertising performance and deliver advertisements (including retargeting), and to protect our forms against spam, we transmit user information through tags and similar technologies provided by the external parties listed below. That information includes cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, and advertising identifiers; it does not include information that directly identifies an individual.

Google Ads

An advertising service provided by Google. We transmit cookies, browsing history, conversion information and advertising identifiers in order to measure advertising performance (conversion tracking) and to deliver retargeting advertisements.

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

An advertising measurement and delivery tool provided by Meta. We transmit cookies, browsing history and event information in order to measure advertising performance and to deliver advertisements.

Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC)

A tool provided by Google that protects forms against spam and abuse. When you submit a form such as an inquiry, we transmit cookies, device and browser information, and interaction signals in order to determine whether the submission is made by a human. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

TIMEWELL Inc. is a company incorporated in Japan. We handle personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (APPI) and other applicable laws of Japan. If you access this website from outside Japan, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in Japan under Japanese law.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy or your use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

The Japanese version of this policy is the authoritative text. The English version is a translation provided for reference only; in the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
